Damages
Our trucks and equipment can weigh 22,000-56,000 lbs. The Dirt Guy and its affiliates are not responsible for cracked or broken curbs, sidewalks, driveways, damage to vegetation, grass, fencing, building structures, underground septic systems, sprinklers systems, drainage pipes, or anything for that matter. This includes damages to our equipment, towing expenses, and lost use. If you are unsure if services can be performed, we can come out prior to services and give "Recommendations" on the safest way possible.

Accessibility
All of our trucks/ equipment require at least 10' of clearance width. Please make sure your home or jobsite is accessible for the size truck/equipment you ordered. Once we arrive at your address, You are responsible for payment of the product, or service with a minimum of 4 hours if we cannot fit into the space you have provided or are unable to safely complete the project due to inaccessibility. Please make sure the area is free of obstructions such as debris, trees, or low hanging branches by having them moved, clipped, trimmed, cut down (or in the case of low hanging wires find an alternate location for access before we arrive.
Cancellations
If you are not sure you want to order our products/ services or want to " Shop around" please do not place an order. We incurred expenses with manpower, scheduling, delivery route planning, and purchasing, to get prepared for your order. In most cases we have likely declined other sales during the time period that we have reserved for you. If you would like to cancel or reschedule for any reason please let us know in a reasonable amount of time. If we arrive at your address during the scheduled time window with no prior notice of cancellation you will be charged a minimum of 4 hours for services or the full price of delivery.

The Dirt Guy provides estimations only. Buyer is responsible for final measurements and quantities ordered.
Payments
All services provided by G's Hauling , "The Dirt Guy ," and its affiliates require pre payment or a payment method on file prior to performance of services. We accept cash only at our office (Do not pay drivers/ operators onsite). Credit card payments can be made in person or when placing an order over the phone, or online. For all card payments there is a 3.5% charge to cover bank processing fees. For your safety we do not store this information so have it ready when you call again for future orders. All invoiced customers will be charged an automatic late fee of 10% on all invoices not paid on or before the due date specified on the invoice if no arrangements are made prior to the due date. All invoices must be reviewed when received (do not wait until payment is due). If an invoice is incorrect , that information must be reported to the salesman who is handling your account, at which time instructions on how to handle the payment for such invoice will be given. (No exceptions) If it becomes necessary to refer your account for collection, you understand and agree to pay all reasonable attorney’s fees, lien filing fees, collection fees, and other expenses incurred by G's Hauling LLC, "The Dirt Guy".
Your order, and the information contained on all work orders serves as your Notice of Intent to Lien.
We have or will provide professional services, materials, or equipment for the improvement of your commercial or residential property. Those who furnish labor, professional services, materials or equipment for the repair, remodel or alteration of your residence or site who are not paid, have the right to enforce their claim for payment against the property. We expect to be paid by the person who ordered our services and/or materials but if we are not paid, we have the right to and will enforce our claim by filing a mechanics lien against the property.Â

SUITABILITY IT THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER AND OR USER.
LIMITATION OF LIBILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL "The Dirt Guy" BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, INDIRECT,
SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN ADDITION , "The Dirt Guy" SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES
CAUSED BY DELAY IN DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, OR FURNISHING THE PRODUCT OR SERVICES.
