Damages

Our trucks and equipment can weigh 22,000-56,000 lbs. The Dirt Guy and its affiliates are not responsible for cracked or broken curbs, sidewalks, driveways, damage to vegetation, grass, fencing, building structures, underground septic systems, sprinklers systems, drainage pipes, or anything for that matter. We will gladly offer "OPINIONS" on the safest way possible.

 

Accessibility

Our trucks/ equipment require at least 10' of clearance width. Please make sure your home or jobsite is accessible for the size truck/equipment you ordered. Once we arrive at your address, You are responsible for payment of the product, or service with a minimum of 4 hours if we cannot fit into the space you have provided or are unable to safely complete the project due to inaccessibility. Please make sure the area is free of obstructions such as debris, trees, or low hanging branches by having them moved, clipped, trimmed, cut down (or in the case of low hanging wires find an alternate location for access before we arrive.

 

Cancellations

If you are not sure you want to order our products/ services or want to " Shop around" please do not place an order. We incurred expenses with manpower, scheduling, delivery route planning, and purchasing, to get prepared for your order. In most cases we have likely declined other sales during the time period that we have reserved for you. If you would like to cancel or reschedule for any reason please let us know in a reasonable amount of time. If we arrive at your address during the scheduled time window with no prior notice of cancellation you will be charged a minimum of 4 hours for services or the full price of delivery for materials.

Payments
All services provided by The Dirt Guy and its affiliates require pre payment or a payment method on file prior to performance of services. We accept cash only at our office (Do not pay drivers/ operators onsite). Credit card payments can be made in person or when placing an order over the phone. Customer understands that they cannot legally process a chargeback on their transaction after service is completed and materials delivered. If customer proceed with a chargeback, The Dirt Guy and its affiliates have the right to pursue criminal charges against individual or agents and also file a mechanic lien on the property service was performed / material delivered.

 

IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF WHAT THE MATERIAL LOOKS LIKE OR WHAT QUANTITY YOU ARE ORDERING, PLEASE STOP BY PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER. WE WILL GLADLY GO OVER ALL OPTIONS PRIOR TO SCHEDULING A DELIVERY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
